Based on this finding, the UN Global Compact Network France decided to launch a working group in 2025 entitled “Value(s) Creation” (Création de valeur(s)), with a clear ambition: to help companies, even in turbulent times, stay the course towards a process of transformation for the better—arguably the very definition of progress—while ensuring their economic viability.
This document presents the key issues discussed, the risks identified, and the potential solutions explored throughout the year. It aims to provide companies with valuable insights and practical avenues for action, helping them address these challenges and strengthen their contribution to sustainable value creation.
